Building needs will vary from home to home and can range in so many ways, in terms of the building materials used, the skilled labour on site, and the finishing touches when the customer puts their personal mark on the work.

Priority Joinery can meet the customer needs in terms of managing the whole extension, or simply being there to provide the expert joinery as and when required.

The first stage is always to seek planning permission for the new construction if needed and then decide if you would like to manage the entire project yourself or employ a builder to co-ordinate all activities.  Either way, as the customer, you can always choose your own tradespeople who you know you can trust and rely on.

· Can manage all or part of the building works—in line with customer requirements

· Liaising with Building Control during lifetime of project to ensure all building regulations are met.

· Close contact with the customer keeping them up-to-date and letting them make personal choices

· Facilitating bespoke designs where possible
